Benefit from our competent advice and many years of experience as a sausage and meat product manufacturer. Our automatic production enables defined caliber accuracy with minimal deviations. Different temperature levels such as IQF/Individual Quick Freezing (free-rolling frozen < -18°C), pre-frozen -8°C to -10°C or chilled < 7°C are possible. The raw materials used are fully traceable at all times.
